Stan was indeed an Angel, always looking out for everyone else. We moved to the neighborhood 21 years ago, and we became friends/gardening buddies over the years. He'd quite often discuss gardening and offer some of his bounty although I had my own. During the winter, he'd shovel our snow once he finished his own. He would always make us and our kids feel extra special during some of the holidays, dropping off a few groceries that he thought we would like, baking zucchini bread, telling jokes, and offering his life wisdom are just a few fantastic things he would do. Also, during this pandemic, he called us and ask if we wanted a pizza from Frank's, but we declined a couple of times. We couldn't have asked for a better neighbor! He was definitely one of a kind and is painfully missed! May Stan RIP! We will always keep him in our prayers!

It took me a while to write this. I was devastated by Stan’s passing. He worked where I lived for 3 years and we remained friends when I moved across the street, I can still hear him say “welcome hone”. He loved the residents and our dogs, and we loved him. Stan was one of a kind and I will never forget him. ❤️

Although I didn't know Stanley personally, I learned of his passing from his loving sister and my dear friend, Sue. If he was anything like his sister, he was loved by all those he knew. He will be missed by friends and family. We will keep his family in our prayers

Stan was an amazing neighbor and friend. He watched our children grow up for the last 13 years. He'd always give them juice, goodies, and vegetables from his garden. He'd quiz them on History and Math. He also taught my boys how to grow tomatoes and herbs. He always had a smile on his face, and would greet us many mornings with a joke to tell. His passing was devastating to us. He will be sorely missed. Stan was more then our neighbor, he was considered family. R.I.P. Stan the Man.

We are so saddened by our loss of Stan. We always enjoyed our daily chats with him in the afternoons and evenings after picking up the kids when our family is together. It was always so nice to come in and out of our home and see Stan. I replay in my mind my last interactions with him on Monday, over and over, us talking about our masks, him helping me maneuver my huge double stroller through the door... Even when you said you didn't need help, he would still help, and thank God he did... He was a sweet man and made us feel at home. We miss him, his voice, his nature, his jokes.. Love you Stan. Our sincere condolences to your family. You will be missed. - The Suduls
